Senior Collections Specialist

CCFBank is seeking an experienced Senior Collections Specialist to manage delinquent and charged-off accounts, identify workout opportunities, and develop repayment solutions for customers. The role involves minimizing losses, supporting customers through financial challenges, and mentoring team members within the Collections function. This position partners closely with the AVP of Mortgage Processing & Special Assets to handle loss mitigation, recovery, and workout activities across a diverse lending portfolio.
