Senior Commercial Counsel

The Senior Commercial Counsel will lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, supporting the purchasing and procurement functions. The role ensures contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements while managing risk and providing legal guidance on procurement and supply chain matters. This position reports to the General Counsel and works closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and sales.
