The role involves overseeing commercial reporting, contract administration, risk mitigation, and leading a team of quantity surveyors and cost engineers to ensure profitability, compliance, and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Oversee commercial reporting, cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
Administer and ensure compliance of complex FIDIC/NEC contracts
Lead variation negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation strategies
Mentor and manage a team of quantity surveyors and cost engineers
Develop and present project budgets, financial forecasts, and commercial reports
