Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction

The Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction leads and owns Testing & Commissioning activities for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage projects from business development through limited notice to proceed. This role is responsible for developing commissioning proposals, defining scope, creating unified baseline schedules, and ensuring conformance to contractual requirements. The position requires strong technical expertise and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to establish executable commitments and transfer aligned commissioning packages to the operations team.
