The Senior Communications Advisor develops, executes, and evaluates strategic internal communications to keep TeamUHN informed, engaged, and connected to organizational priorities. This role supports a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture by creating compelling stories, campaigns, and content that inform employees about key initiatives and the organization's mission. The position partners with leaders and subject matter experts across UHN to drive employee engagement and strengthen the internal communications function.
