Senior Complex Case Social Worker

The CAPIT Senior Complex Case Social Worker is a specialized social work role within IRC Oakland’s Safety and Wellness department, focused on supporting newcomer families in Alameda County who are at high risk of or suspected child abuse. The position is integrated into the Intensive Case Management team and operates within an integrated statewide system to strengthen protective factors and promote family stability. The role supports culturally appropriate, trauma-responsive, client-centered services and contributes to program capacity building and community partnerships.
