This role sits at the intersection of healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and business growth, working directly with legal counsel and physician leadership to maintain structural separation and Fair Market Value principles. The position involves monitoring federal and state regulations, conducting compliance audits, and supporting Brand Partners with compliance guidance and training.
