Senior Compliance Lead, EMEA

The Senior Compliance Lead, EMEA, is responsible for owning Airbnb's platform regulatory compliance program across the EMEA region, ensuring adherence to regulations like the Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act. This role involves translating regulatory obligations into durable operating processes, reporting methodologies, and product changes while serving as a trusted advisor to Legal, Policy, and Product leadership.
