Senior Compliance Leader

The Prolec Compliance Leader will establish and operationalize a global compliance program aligned with GE Vernova standards, integrating a newly acquired business across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves leading compliance risk assessments, deploying monitoring frameworks, and fostering a culture of integrity while partnering with Legal, Finance, and business leadership teams. The leader will build and manage the compliance function, driving M&A integration efforts and ensuring adherence to anti-corruption, trade, and data privacy regulations.
