Senior Compliance Manager (6 month secondment)

This role involves leading a high-performing compliance team within the Consumer Compliance function, providing strategic advice and constructive challenge on compliance obligations and risk mitigation. The position oversees compliance activities across responsible lending, financial advice, and consumer products while managing incidents, breaches, and regulatory change. It requires building strong relationships with internal Consumer leaders and external stakeholders, including regulators, to embed compliance frameworks and risk controls.
