Senior Concrete Superintendent

Shaw Construction is seeking a Senior Concrete Superintendent to lead self-perform concrete work on large commercial and multifamily projects across the Front Range and mountain regions. This role involves managing the full concrete scope from preconstruction through closeout, with a specialization in post-tensioned and elevated decks. The position requires ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and within budget while mentoring field crews and potentially other superintendents.
