Senior Console Operator

The Senior Console Operator monitors and responds to events on consoles, troubleshooting and resolving mainframe and production control incidents in a 24x7 environment. This role involves managing incidents, implementing standard procedures, and providing internal and external customer support while adhering to change control guidelines.
