Senior Construction Manager

Vanir is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead construction management activities for K‑12 new construction and renovation projects across the Greater Seattle Area. The role oversees all project phases, ensuring compliance with contracts, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. The position reports to the Project Director and may supervise administrative and engineering staff, with occasional travel throughout Washington state.
