Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager serves as the Owner's senior on-site construction representative for Solar and/or Energy Storage projects, providing leadership for complex construction execution from preconstruction planning through commissioning and closeout. The role leads the Owner's site construction team and oversees Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contractor performance against contractual requirements for safety, environmental compliance, quality, schedule, cost, and completion. The position also mentors construction personnel and strengthens construction readiness, execution standards, and lessons learned across assigned projects.
