Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant collaborates with historic building owners, architects, and regulators to facilitate the completion of the Historic Preservation Certification process. This role involves advising on the availability of federal tax credits and providing technical preservation expertise to assist building owners through complex regulatory requirements. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement with regular site visits and client meetings.
