Senior Content Designer

Lyft is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape the language and information architecture across rider and driver experiences, with a focus on central content standards and end-to-end experiences for Loyalty and Partnerships (including Lyft Pink, Lyft Cash, and partner programs). The role sits in Design Foundations and collaborates closely with product, engineering, and design leads across the company. It requires fluency with AI tools and responsible, AI-driven content practices to strengthen Lyft’s content experiences. You’ll work across mobile and web, partnering with executives and teams to raise the quality bar for the discipline.
