The Senior Content Specialist manages the evolution of content infrastructure tools, designing exit strategies from existing utilities to core capabilities for the Content Operations organization. This role involves overseeing product capabilities, ensuring new functionality is fit for purpose, and driving innovation through improved processes and technology. The position requires leading technology-led transformations, managing stakeholder feedback, and developing comprehensive product definitions and business cases. Additionally, the specialist will review current capabilities to maintain quality and provide strategic input to the Content function.
