Senior Contract Manager - Sales

The Senior Contract Manager - Sales leads contract and plan document review activities for Select Health's Large Employer Sales business to ensure the accurate implementation of new and renewing employer groups. This role analyzes and interprets client contracts, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), and Administrative Services Agreements (ASA) to identify plan design variances, implementation risks, and operational impacts. Working across Sales, Account Management, Operations, and other stakeholders, the Senior Contract Manager helps ensure implementation readiness, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience.
