Sound Transit
The Senior Contracts Specialist at Sound Transit leads and supports the full lifecycle of procurement and contract activities for technology, systems, materials, services, and small construction projects. This role collaborates with project managers to develop procurement strategies, prepares and issues solicitations, conducts negotiations, and manages contract administration and close‑out, ensuring compliance with agency policies and federal regulations.
