The Senior Controls Engineer will serve as the technical authority for integrating hydraulic, electrical, and electronic control systems across JCB's Aerial Work Platform (AWP) product range. The role involves defining machine control architectures, developing validation algorithms, and ensuring compliance with global safety standards while bridging gaps between software, hardware, and manufacturing teams. Based initially in the UK before relocating to San Antonio, Texas to support the new North American engineering center.
