The Senior Controls Engineer serves as the refinery's technical authority for automation, instrumentation, and process control systems, ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure that supports production, safety, and operational excellence. This role partners with Corporate Controls Engineering to lead controls lifecycle modernization strategies and advance the site toward preventive and predictive maintenance practices. The position involves technical leadership, asset lifecycle management, and driving continuous improvement through data analytics and root-cause investigations.
