About this role

The Senior Conversational AI Designer will lead the design of interaction flows and content for AI-driven communication channels, including IVR, voice, chat, and SMS, within the Scheduling and Execution product area. The role involves creating prototypes, conducting user research, defining voice and tone guidelines, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities into conversational experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead conversational design and flow mapping across IVR, voice, chat, and SMS
Build low‑to‑mid fidelity prototypes using Voiceflow, Twilio Studio, or Figma
Conduct end‑to‑end user research and specialized conversational testing
Define guardrails and boundaries for LLM‑driven agents
Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize conversational flows
