Senior Corporate Counsel

As Fetch's first Senior Corporate Counsel, this foundational role leads the company's corporate legal function with direct ownership over governance, equity management, capital raises, and IPO readiness. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will manage historical outside counsel workflows while collaborating with Finance and People teams to support strategic business growth. Essential for a fast-paced public market preparation, this position involves drafting trademarks, overseeing stock option plans, and executing complex restructuring initiatives.
