Senior Corporate Counsel

The Senior Corporate Counsel provides legal counsel and support across Meritum Energy Holdings and its affiliated brands, focusing on commercial contracts and the management of automobile liability, general liability, and workers' compensation claims. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating master service agreements and other energy contracts, while directing outside counsel and insurance carriers on litigated and pre-litigation claims. This position partners with Risk Management, Safety, and Operations leadership to reduce legal and financial exposure across the company's multi-state operations.
