Senior Corporate Paralegal

Nebius is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate & Governance legal team, managing the day-to-day governance and maintenance of its international group structure. The role supports the full lifecycle of subsidiaries, from incorporation and compliance to restructurings and liquidations, while coordinating the establishment of entities in new countries. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate corporate records and scalable governance processes.
