About this role

The Leidos Corporate Legal Department is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support securities and SEC compliance, Board and committee governance, mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and international entity management for a Fortune 500, NYSE-listed company. This on-site role in Reston, VA, reports to the Corporate Secretary and collaborates with various internal departments, senior management, and the Board of Directors. The position offers a broad range of corporate matters within an established law department at a large company.

Responsibilities
