Senior Cost Manager, APAC

The Senior Cost Manager supports the cost analysis and project spend for new unit opening projects across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves managing interior fit-outs for food, beverage, catering, and retail outlets from concept design through to completion, including budgeting, cost control, and quality surveying. Candidates will oversee capital cost strategies, vendor contract negotiations, and facilities management while reporting on capital cost performance to senior leadership.
