About this role

The company seeks a Senior Counsel to support the Global Data Centers team on acquisitions, development projects, and other infrastructure transactions. This attorney will take ownership of deals throughout their lifecycle, negotiate important agreements, and advise on legal issues as data centers move from acquisition into operation. Responsibilities

Execute data center acquisitions and infrastructure transactions including diligence and closing
Negotiate colocation agreements, build-to-suit leases, and connectivity contracts
Advise on post-acquisition construction, design, and supply chain transactions
