Senior Counsel, Data Center & Infrastructure

The Senior Counsel, Data Center & Infrastructure role supports the development, leasing, and operation of Groq’s data centers and infrastructure. This position involves leading negotiations for data center leasing, colocation services, and GPU procurement agreements while partnering with cross-functional teams on site diligence and operational matters. The role requires advising on day-to-day infrastructure issues, improving legal templates and processes, and managing outside counsel to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
