Senior Counsel supporting Marvell’s Vietnam operations and other APAC locations, providing in-house legal oversight and counsel to enable business growth while managing legal, compliance, regulatory, and reputational risk. The role focuses on advising on commercial, employment, data privacy and regulatory matters and engaging in government relations aligned with company strategy. This position reports to the Director, APAC and is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
