Senior Counsel

The Senior Counsel provides dedicated legal support to the GreensLedge Capital Markets business, advising investment banking and capital markets professionals on transactional, regulatory, and advisory matters with a focus on structured credit and securitized products. This role involves independently managing a high volume of day-to-day transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements, while serving as a practical, business-oriented legal partner. The position requires strong transactional drafting skills and familiarity with structured products such as CLOs and CFOs.
