Senior Counselor

The Senior Counselor provides direct clinical services and supports the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, evidence-based substance use disorder treatment within an outpatient clinic. This role involves maintaining a caseload, offering clinical guidance and supervision to counseling staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies. The position also contributes to quality improvement, staff development, and coordinated patient care.
