Senior Creative Technologist
About this role
Reddit’s KarmaLab is hiring a Creative Technologist to lead the development and quality assurance of AI-generated creative assets for ads, leveraging Reddit’s community context and creative signals. The role partners closely with Product and Engineering to guide model behavior, improve output quality across text, image, and video, and accelerate generative creative workflows. This position will help build processes, taxonomies, and evaluation frameworks to scale and automate creative production across the platform.
