Senior Crewing Officer

The Senior Crewing Officer manages and coordinates crewing activities for NKT's Marine Operations Department, overseeing the full crew lifecycle from recruitment and mobilisation to training and demobilisation. This role ensures offshore vessels and projects are supported by qualified, skilled, and well-prepared crews while maintaining compliance with maritime regulations and client requirements. The position involves providing guidance on complex crewing matters and building close working relationships with offshore teams, project stakeholders, and crewing partners.
