Senior Critical Facilities Technician

The Senior Critical Facilities Technician is a lead role responsible for overseeing critical and non-critical data center infrastructure operations to ensure reliability and 100% uptime. The position provides field-level technical expertise for electrical and mechanical systems, along with program management of maintenance and base building support systems. This role also includes acting as a backup supervisor for facilities management leadership when needed. The technician will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational standards, documentation accuracy, and training of junior technicians.
