About this role

The Senior CRM Executive is a fixed-term, one-year maternity-cover role responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement for Tide’s product areas. The role focuses on building automation, developing test-and-learn programmes, and analysing performance to inform the business. The person will work cross-functionally with product, content, BI and other marketing teams to grow CRM-driven metrics and member outcomes.
