Senior CRM Manager

The Senior CRM Manager will develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies to drive personalized customer communications and incentive programs across consumer and business segments. This role involves project managing lifecycle campaigns, leading marketing automation efforts, and leveraging the Braze CRM platform to enhance customer engagement. The position requires close collaboration with Brand, Data, and Design teams to optimize customer insights and improve key performance indicators.
