About this role

The Senior Analyst, Financial Crime Compliance role at Ebury focuses on shaping the compliance backbone for stablecoin and cross-border payments strategies. This hands-on position requires designing and enhancing global financial crime frameworks across AML, CTF, and ABC domains while supporting regulatory research and tool implementation. The incumbent will partner with senior stakeholders to operationalize regulatory expectations into clear controls and automation use cases within a fast-paced crypto-native environment.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance global financial crime frameworks across AML and CTF domains
Lead regulatory research and benchmarking across multiple jurisdictions for stablecoin compliance
Implement and optimize crypto compliance tools including transaction monitoring and wallet screening
Conduct on-chain investigations and support Business Wide Risk Assessments
Develop data visualizations and management information dashboards for executive reporting
