GRUNDFOS
As a Senior CSSC Front Line Representative, you will join the Customer Support & Service Center team to deliver exceptional service to OEM customers across digital and telephonic channels. You will leverage advanced product and pricing knowledge to resolve complex inquiries, manage the order-to-delivery process, and identify business opportunities within the water moving and transforming industry. This senior role requires acting as a subject matter expert to drive customer satisfaction, process improvements, and business growth for identified strategic accounts.
