Senior Custodian

The Senior Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Cylar house property and its grounds, performing various maintenance tasks including painting, plastering, carpentry, minor plumbing, and mechanical repairs. The role involves assisting with apartment turnovers, work orders, and ensuring common spaces, bathrooms, offices, and residential areas are clean and properly stocked. The position requires working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to custodial and preventative maintenance plans.
