About this role
The Strategic Program Manager in the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) partners with the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) division to support execution of the CXO strategic roadmap and organizational transformation. The role works closely with leaders across levels to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and supports governance, planning, and cross-functional alignment. This position is based in Draper, UT or San Jose, CA and is hybrid (3x per week).
