Senior Customer Materials Liaison

The Senior Customer Materials Liaison coordinates, tracks, and executes all customer-owned material to support aircraft maintenance, acting as the primary liaison between customers, project management, supply chain, and operations. This role ensures material availability, maintains visibility of material-related activities, and proactively resolves supply chain challenges to support on-time aircraft delivery and customer satisfaction. The position is accountable for managing Customer Supplied Parts (CSP) and material status reporting while providing continuous communication to project stakeholders.
