About this role

The Senior Cyber Engineer will provide on‑site, hands‑on technical support for Everfox’s mission‑critical cybersecurity appliances and endpoint solutions at a government customer location in Huntsville, AL. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows and RHEL systems, virtual hosts, firmware, and Kubernetes clusters, while acting as the first‑line liaison between the customer and Everfox’s product and development teams.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and RHEL operating systems for Everfox appliances
Monitor and resolve performance and security issues in Kubernetes clusters and endpoint security solutions
Provide first‑line support and daily communication with government customers and internal teams

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or CybersecurityDoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Program certification (IAT Level II or higher)
