The Senior Epic Data Analyst drives the future of Montefiore's data-driven organization by designing, developing, and governing enterprise analytics solutions using the Epic Cogito suite. This strategic role leads complex report and dashboard development across Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, and Reporting Workbench to support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making. As a subject matter expert, the analyst partners with diverse stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights while scaling the system's data capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize enterprise analytics solutions leveraging the Epic Cogito suite
Lead the development of complex reports and dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
Solve complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable reporting solutions
Promote data governance, report standardization, and data integrity across the enterprise
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of reporting standards
