About this role

As a Senior Data and AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain data platforms and pipelines supporting analytics, BI, and AI across the company. You will lead the evolution of the Databricks Lakehouse, governing data through Unity Catalog, and enabling enterprise-wide agentic analytics using native Databricks AI features. The role involves setting architectural direction, mentoring teammates, and translating ambiguous needs into durable platform solutions while working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data platforms and ingestion pipelines
Lead the evolution of the Databricks Lakehouse architecture and governance
Enable enterprise-wide agentic analytics using Databricks-native AI features
