About this role

The Senior Data & ML Engineer will lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and MLOps capabilities to support Merchant Opportunity Analysis and the Offer Engine within Fiserv's Digital Onboarding team. The role collaborates with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to ensure reliable, observable, and secure data and machine‑learning services for customer insights and personalization.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of data pipelines for merchant analytics
Build scalable ETL and integration workflows using Python and AWS services
Partner with data scientists to productionize machine learning models
Establish MLOps practices including model deployment and monitoring
Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentoring
