Senior Data Scientist, Algorithms - Lyft Ads

The Algorithms Scientist will design, prototype, and deploy production-grade machine learning models to improve ad relevance, targeting, optimization, and measurement for the Lyft Ads platform. The role works across large-scale datasets and real-time systems, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales to translate business needs into rigorous algorithmic solutions. The scientist will lead high-impact ML initiatives, shape modeling strategy and evaluation frameworks, and mentor junior team members to raise modeling quality across the Ads organization.
