Senior Data Scientist, Student Success

The Senior Data Scientist, Student Success provides advanced analysis and reporting to help A&M System leadership and member institutions better understand student pathways, outcomes, and factors associated with student success across The Texas A&M University System. The position develops and maintains student success measures and conducts analyses related to admissions, enrollment, retention, persistence, re-enrollment, transfer pathways, degree completion, and post-graduation outcomes. The role supports the development and use of enterprise analytics platforms and decision-support tools to provide consistent, system-wide information that informs planning, resource allocation, and student success initiatives.
