Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in a quantitative field such as statistics, applied math, environmental science, computer science, operations research, or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role
- Expert knowledge in Python and the Python data science and machine learning ecosystem (i.e., pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in data visualization, especially Python libraries such as matplotlib and matplotlib derivatives (e.g., seaborn)
- Knowledge of Docker and git for version control and deployment
- Expertise in statistics and experimental design
- Familiarity with cloud tooling for machine learning at scale
- US work authorization
