The role involves end-to-end ownership of the ML lifecycle and building agentic workflows to significantly extend team capacity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy end-to-end predictive models for partner churn and lead scoring.
Build and maintain agentic workflows using LLMs to automate analytical tasks.
Develop marketing mix models to inform resource allocation and campaign strategy.
Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Establish repeatable standards and documentation for model development and validation.
